Prom Weekend Magic

Last weekend was one of those sessions that reminds me exactly why I do what I do. I had the absolute honor of photographing 21 incredible high schoolers before they headed off to prom, and let me tell you—every single one of them showed up ready to shine.

Prom is such a huge milestone—it’s full of excitement, nerves, sparkle, and energy. I got to capture the giggles, the twirls of dresses and the proud “we clean up nice” grins. It was joyful chaos in the very best way. And as a photographer who lives to capture personality, this was a dream.

From classic black tuxes to vibrant gowns that looked like they were straight out of a fashion editorial, these teens absolutely nailed it. But even better than how they looked (which was stunning, obviously) was how much fun they had with each other. You could feel the friendships, the anticipation, and the “we’ll remember this night forever” kind of energy in every frame.

To the amazing families who trusted me to capture these memories—thank you. I know how fast this season flies by. I hope prom was everything your kids hoped it would be and more. You raised some incredible humans.

And to the prom crew:
Thank you for letting me be part of your night.
Y’all were a total vibe.
